Does anybody know of a pub in Wiltshire (Salisbury area) that has a gallow sign that spans across the road? I visited this pub 9/10 years ago and I cannot remember the name or location, but the sign was very unique. I believe I drank Bunces Danish Dynamite.
I am just hoping someone can help me locate the pub and let me know if it is still in existence?
If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Posted - 17/08/2009 : 17:49:34Ian's right about the Swan at Enford. We were there earlier this year; the sign is stowed away pending re-erection after an altercation with a lorry. I understand negotiations continue with the lorry firm.
