DESCRIPTION:The Langford Beer Festival was started in 2000 to raise money towards\n building a new facility at the Langford Sports & Recreation ground. \n\n\n\nAs well as being used as a pavilion for a range of sporting \nactivities including cricket\, football\, darts and tennis it also has a \nthriving social club attached to it. We are aiming to apply for a range \nof grants from organisations such as the Lottery Fund\, the FA\, the LTA\, \nthe ECB and Sport England to name but a few. \n\n\n\nAll profits from the Beer Festival go towards a fund to develop the  Langford Sports & Community Centre\, a facility enjoyed by the  residents of the Langfords as well as by a variety of sports teams. In  the last few months\, major steps have been taken to move these plans  further forward. Funded by the Langford Beer Festival the ‘Langford  Vision’ was produced for consultation with local residents.
